Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our custom order form or contact form, or email or call us, we collect what you send, which can include:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and city and state
- Details about the cabinet you want: cabinet type, speaker, wood, finish, joinery, handle, grill cloth, embroidery, budget and timeline
- Messages and notes you write
- Artwork or reference photos you attach to an order request
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the services that run it collect some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you reached our site, and your approximate location (city or region). We use cookies and similar technologies for this. See Cookies and analytics below.
How we use your information

- To design, build, ship or arrange pickup of your cabinet
- To keep records of orders and communications
- To understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with:
- Service providers that host and protect our website (Hostinger and Cloudflare), deliver email (Google), and measure site traffic (Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager)
- Shipping carriers, when we ship an order to you
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public
Photos on our home page are loaded from our Instagram account. When that section loads, Instagram (Meta) may receive your IP address and browser information under Instagram’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and to record when someone sends an order or contact request. Google Analytics uses cookies and may process your IP address. You can learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can turn off analytics cookies at any time on our Opt-out preferences page or with the “Manage consent” button on our site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, our site treats it as a request to opt out and doesn’t load analytics for you. You can also opt out on our Opt-out preferences page.
How long we keep information
We keep order and contact information for as long as we need it to answer you, complete your order and keep business, tax and warranty records. Artwork you upload with an order request is attached to the email we receive and then deleted from our web server. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
This section applies to California residents and adds to the rest of this policy. It explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

Opt-out preference signals
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser, and our site does not load analytics for you.
How to exercise your rights
To make a request, email [email protected] or use the form on our Your privacy choices page. To protect your information, we will verify your request by matching the details you give us (such as your name and email address) to the information we hold.
